Old base board

Im going to be replacing a section of old cast baseboard. Its attached to a mono flow system. The tapping on the tees for the baseboard is ½ inch. Can I use ¾ inch fin baseboard with a reducer, or will that cause flow problems?
Thanks,
Jon S.

Monoflow
No flow problem with 1/2" risers feeding 3/4" baseboard. But most monoflow-flow problems are the cause of improper spaced tees, lack of a second veturi and air traps.....0
