frank lloyd wright radiant heating problem

I'm purchasing a frank lloyd wright house that has in slab radiant heating. The system needs water added periodically and I'm concerned that the system may fail soon. can anyone help me!

Suggest you have someone come in and pressure test the system at say 20 psi or so and use a good gauge. See if any drop over say 24 hr or so. Call a good Hydronics heating co in your area.0 -

Congratulations on buying that Frank Lloyd Wright house! Is it a Usonian? I read somewhere that people who live in Wright houses end up with one problem: They love their houses so much they never want to go out anymore.0
