Heating water with microwaves

This company says their tankless microwave water heaters are three times more efficient than gas. Doing a google for "microwave water heaters" reveals a few other sites that discuss this technology. It does seem very promising. Anyone else know anything about this?

looks to be careful
here. Electric water heating is 100% efficient but you have to concern yourself with the way the electricity was made to flow. Dams are the best, Fire boilers are like our home boilers. maybe a little more efficient. Microwaves are in the same catagory. The wave itself may be 100% efficient but what cost to produce them is the question! bigugh0 -
I presume you are referring to the greenhouse gases required to generate the same amount of energy. In our case, electricity is generated by dams.
