I just wish it wouldn't take so long to get them. This one took 9 weeks form order to delivery. Too long. Do the rest of you wait this long?

Towel warmer
Jeff: Where did you get it? Runtal has them in stock. They tell me 1 week at most. I'm currently waiting for some vertical tube radiators but towel warmers are mostly in stock I'm told.0 -
It came.......
directly from Runtal, Troy. 1 week? Next time, I'll see if Myson is any more expeditious. Do you have a contact name downat CPI? If you do, could you e-mail it to me privately?

I should have clarified....
that six week delay is for non-stocked Runtal items. Seems like every job I get has non stock requirements! But, for the standard stock items I can get delivery in as little as one day or a week at the outside. Great products, great people & a warm & fuzzy feeling on the customer's part.
I'm still trying to talk the wife into letting me put one in our bathroom. She's beginning to like the idea. That's a seven year sales pitch!

that looks like
a non-stock TW radiator from Runtal. 4-6 weeks. If you can talk the homeowner into stock TW12-24, TW9-24, TW15-24 then it is 2-3 days.
