Existing (older) apt. building has three catagory I induced combustion, mid-efficiency, central gas furnaces vented into one masonry chimney (with clay flue liner). Assuming that the vent connectors are properly sized, would this setup have any potential problems due to condensation. The chimney is contained within the building except for the portion above the roof. Would appreciate any and all responses.
