This is the Voyager job I posted last week. After some deliberation with the homeowner, he decided to replace it based on his service history. Here are some "before" pictures:

After
As you can see, it is a tight squeeze with not much room to work. We had to move most of the piping and relocate a manifold to the ceiling to allow room for the Monitor MZ boiler. We managed to squeeze a 45 gal. Phase III tank back in the corner. We finished this one this afternoon and the homeowner is happy to have heat and hot water after going without either for the last 1-1/2 weeks. -DF

Jim,
This was a system we have serviced for the last five years. We have gone through two or sometimes three ignitors a year. We have checked the system multiple times. Most recently, the burner disintegrated. The homeowner decided to spend the money for a more reliable system. I don't disagree with his decision. -DF
