Polaris with radiant HX (hr)

I added a setpoint control to spread the operating diff. bit. The factory control has what seems to be a 2 degree diff, causes some short cycling. This mod should help ignitor life which plagues some of these tanks. I set the factory aquastat up to 160 for a high limit and run a 130- 140 on the Goldline.

I also plumbed the HX "A" side with Watts purge valves. With the two valves in the off position, and a washer jumper hose, I can circulate a coil cleaner with the bronze pump thru the HX if ever needed.

This is a 34 gallon 100,000 tank. Provides plenty of DHW for a family of two, and about 1200 feet of radiant. The goal is to use a 3 foot by 3 foot utility closet for the entire radiant/ DHW production.

I have a Danfoss ZCPHX ordered to see how it stacks up to this shop built version, time and dollar wise. I'll bet it's a lot prettier :)
