Further, is this something that you could consider applying to an area with bare concrete floors, in an geographic area known for high humidity, and frequently opening garage bay doors? Mike

That mix...
...radiant cooling, high humidity and large frequently opening doors is an extremely poor combination.
Radiant panel cooling is all about keeping the panel ABOVE the dewpoint temperature--that could be notoriously difficult given large, frequent influx of warm moist air.0 -
