HB SMITH INCREASED THE FIRING RATE ON THE 19 /19A SERIES BOILERS .THIS UP RATING IS FINE FOR WATER BUT SEEMS TO BE PROBLEMATIC FOR STEAM. BURNER SELECTION HAS CHANGED TO LARGER BURNERS ,IE 801 CRD VS 702CRD AT 10 & 11 SECTIONS ETC. IS ANY BODY HAVING "OVER FIRING"PROBLEMS?

            Someone should
answer your question soon but before that would you mind editing your post and remove the capitals. It is considered SHOUTING.

            Something else is wrong,
I've used and sold a ton-1/2 of those steam , great boiler, way back to when it was an 18.
NEVER had a problem on steam with that one, regardless of burner used, wish I could say the same of it's competitors.
 What is the specific problem?0
