We have a customer which has a 40 year old house, they have hot water heat
baseboard throughout the house. The family room and laundry room has copper
coils buried within the concrete. They are having a problem with heating the
laundry room! Portions of the floor have turned to a chalk like substance
and other portions have changed colors from gray concrete to white. Any
thoughts?
