I was


driving along the Mohawk River the other day and I noticed the ice dams that are already forming.

There is a historic area of Schenectady, New York called the Stockade. Many of these BEAUTIFUL buildings are right in the flood plain and will soon experience another spring thaw.

I expect that this year will be a doozie considering the snow pack.
