Strange radint install

I have a GC that has been advised by a hardwood flooring manafacturer to do a thin 3/4" overpour of a gypcrete type product over stapled down tubing which will be on top of 3/4" tongue and groove OSB board then laminate two layers of 1/2" plywood to that to recieve 2 1/4" X 3/4" oak flooring.
#1 Does any one have any experience with this type of installation?
#2 Is anyone familiar with a unliscenced overour product that could be used in this application.
#3 Does anyone have a R value for the combination of two layers of plywood and 3/4" of oak?
I have not agreed to this installation method and will not unless I am comfortable with it.All of my radiant installs have worked well and I would like to keep it that way.
