Just a little project........or so they told me. Just want to add heat to the addition(which made the house 50% bigger than its behemmoth beginning). Now this was a one pipe steam system. We were going to add a hot water loop off the bottom of the steamer to heat the addition with hot water. But then, OH NO not the IMAGINEER!! was heard from down the block. So we have now changed out the whole system. It now encompasses four high temp comfort zones, one radiant zone, one indirect hot water zone, one spa heating zone and one pool heating zone........... We added "mood" lighting over the return manifold, but it is too bright for the pictures. Definitely adds ambiance. Its amazing what you can do with mental pictures!

    basement

I sure wish they would have let us refininsh the walls in the basement first. Maybe a gloss white like the Vitodens shell so that it would blend. I like it when people say "where is the boiler"............

I know what you mean, Mason

"Where's the boiler?". I've had customers say "THAT is the water heater you sold me, it'll never heat all the water we use". When I show up with a Takagi T-K or T-M1 in my hands.

235,000 fully modulating btu's in a 70lb package, which bolts to the wall.

Very nice install. What is it about long, straight runs of gleaming copper, that make folk like me, go Ahhhhhh, beautiful?.

Must go work on my car.

Brian, you know you could chuckle and respond that yes indeed it is a water heater because unless you have steam heating your boiler really doesn't get to boil anything at all, it just heats the water, it doesn't get to boil it.

    Low loss header

Nice job! No need for the low loss header? Or maybe it's hidden?
