I went to a class on the Munchkin 925 control on Tuesday evening. I talked with John Sawyer about a problem I was having. He came out to the job site today and spent about 11/2 hours with me. He changed the boiler from the older style circuit board to the new 925 control, and showed me a lot of neat stuff that the control can do. I have not seen many companies that offer the level of support that I have received from HTP and John Sawyer.

He took the time to teach me, and made me look really good in front of my customer. Thanks again John!!!!
