Domestic water through floor???

What are your guys thoughts on the systems where the cold water goes through the floor also. They say it's supposed to be the most efficient. What about having that high of a pressure going through your house all the time? Or your Domestic HW always going through? Attached is the system i'm talking about. Thanks

Controversial subject
Many plumbing codes don't allow this system. You wouldn't want it hooked up as drawn anyway. The cold water line should go down to the cold inlet. I have done this install but the pump should be parallel hooked to a room temp. control and an aqua stat on the return to flush fresh hot water thru the system all year round. The better way is to size up a dedicated heater for the heating and not worry about contamination. Know your code first.
