Steam Clean / Product Question

in THE MAIN WALL
Having skimmed and skimmed and skimmed my boiler, I have a question.

Since Squick is not available at my local supplier, he suggested I use a product called Steam Clean from IPC, a division of Comstar Int.

Has anyone used this product ? is it recommended to stop priming surging etc ?

Any advice is welcome, thanks in advance.
