    The back IS back ! The surgery was (yet another) disc removal. It went well , not as well as the first one , but well still. It took a bit more time to recover enough for full out work , but the Dr. said something about me getting older and the like . (I refuse to grow up , though I may be older )

    Been doing the job for 2 months now with no unreasonable discomfort , and feeling stronger all the time . I do have to thank the physical therapists . These folks are the key to getting it working properly , and pounding into your head the new "rules" . Use your legs ! Get help ! Think about what your about to lift and do it right .
