How is the capacitor connected in a Grundfos circulator?

I got a used furnace with the circulator in a box:
Grundfos Model 8620 3-speed.
The capacitor leads are hanging loose.
How should they be connected?
Are they polarized?
What is the large screw on the motor end?
There is a circulator photo here--->

Circulator in a furnace?
Oh, you mean boiler...
Like hot rod said, you have a Grundfos model UPS 15-42F three speed circulator.
Typically, there's screw-in or push-in terminals for the line voltage and neutral supply voltages and ground.
The capacitor is usually connected to leads in a sealed molded rubber block, at least in the newer ones. Can't remember the 1986 models. It's an AC capacitor, not polarized, but needs to be connected correctly to the motor windings.
The large screw on the end is to access the end of the motor rotor shaft. It could spray you with water if removed while the pump is under pressure, but most likely would dribble.0
