Whats the story on these units. I've installed two so far. Seems like every person has a differnt opinion on them. First it's better watch out for them heat exchangers, better fill them with distilled or softened water. Then the next guy says there the best thing sinse gas conversion burner was invented. Anyone else want to throw their hat in on this one. I would be glad to listen. Do I keep the Munchkin line on or look for anothere.

I'd tell you to drop them now!!

All I can say is consider the source. I have been installing them for some time now and I can not say a negative thing about them.

Most importantly, my customers love them. They have done all that I said they would.

With the new Vision control this boiler is going to be a tuff act to follow.

There are many here that have their preferrences, and I have mine. HTP has one heck of a unit in the Munchkin!

I'm a believer. I've installed over a hundred and it is all I'm offering. There are a few nice products out there but I've not found any that will do what this boiler does anywhere near the price.

My only complaint is with shipping. Of the last 4 SuperStor tanks I've received, 3 have been damaged in shipping. I've also had a Munchkin boiler that arrived looking like someone had dropped it on its head.

I've installed 5 in the past 3 years. Had 1 bad board factory was very helpful once I got them, boiler went down on a saturday evening so I had to wait until monday to get it resolved. Educating yourself on troubleshooting is key. Iliked them enough to install in my own house. I'm tracking the fuel savings now. Mike
