just changed out a gas steam boiler for the 1st floor and electric wall heaters for the 2nd floor.Ran a loop of baseboard off the tankless (usually pump off the bottom but the loop fed and returned twice )being rental property owner didn't want trouble down the road.New stubby oiltank (slim jim wouldn't fit)what a joy putting that down a winding stairway.
