If you were a tourist in 1952, you might have used this booklet to tour Baghdad. In 1958, a military coup deposed the king. The Bath party (Saddam Hussein's party) deposed that regime shortly after.

Found this in Laura's library. Her mom used to set up Fulbright scholarships in the Middle East.
