Looking for advice on good P.M. Contract Software

Does anyone work with or recommend a good preventive maintenance or full maintenance software program. I am working with a new PHVAC company that does not have very good IT and the program I am familiar with was proprietary to a large national conglomerate which has recently gone under (give yourself 1 point if you know who). Anyway any suggestions would be grately appreciated. Thanks in advance, Eric Kelley

Maintenance Software
It might be overkill, but I use MP2 maintenance Pak. It's a inventory and maintenace Pack. Good- probably costs a lot though.0 -
Try:
www.hvacestimator.com. I used them to learn how to price. I changed situations just as they changed their program. I did work with what I considered to be a beta version, and like anything else the learning curve threw me. What I do now is based on what I learned with them. The programer is a great help.
I will go back if I have a need in my new business adventure. Reasonable price for an excellant product. Play it against any proriatory files left in your breif case.
Good luck,
Mark
