I am putting together a system using a Nile air to water heat pump, (heat exchanger to storage tank, this will have a 1/25 hp pump). A 1 1/4" manifold will T into the storage tank. The manifold will supply 2 fan coils 27' vertical and 10' horizontal with about 8, long radius elbows, covered in 3/4"wall closed cell insulation. Each unit to supply 15,400 btus heating & 13,500 cooling. The 1st floor will T off the manifold with 7/8" to feed a fan coil 2' v & 8' h with 6 long radius elbows for the 14,700 cooling. A 3/4 T off the manifold for the infloor heat for 16,000 btus. All items will have a zone valve (taco zone valve) on the supply , and a taco model 0011 circulator for all returns. The two units on the 2nd floor each need 6.9 gpm, 1st floor 4 gpm heating, and 6 gpm cooling. Do you think I will have a problem with water flow?
