I hope you guys could help with a new house 6000ft2 of quicktrack 3000ft2 of slab heat and vitodens in basement . I've got the job and am having trouble deciding the best approach for "controlling the comfort".I want the best for my customer .what would you do? thanks for any and all input. paul lessard p+h ...

    Slow Tedious Trak and the slab heating? I may opt for two three way Viessmann mixing valves with actuators. This would require the addition of an HK-1 and expansion module for the second valve, but the Vitodens already has the Comfortrol based control so adding the mixing valves is painless. If you want to use one mixing valve, set the curve to cover the suspended floor radiant, then either cycle a pump or add a second manually set three way to reduce water temperatures to the slab.
