supply and return piping

recently had a gas hot water heater replaced and noticed that it appears the supply and return piping has been reversed on the new boiler..near boiler piping has cold water inlet on the supply side and circulator on the return side which seems ok to me..however the s and r mains thruout the house are reversed..house has combination radiators (two pipe controlled with valve on left hand side)and baseboard copper fin units..there is one wall mounted unit that now supplies from the bottom..not sure if this was an oversight by installer or what..what affect will this have on system performance..system pressure is clos
to 28psi..thanks for any advice/comment
