Just came across these pix today.

Been doing work for a client of mine for a couple of years now. Always used me for thier plumbing needs, and misc. heating calls (no heat in rad., etc.)Had a problem with the heating sytem last year while I was doing a water service replacement for the house. There were 2 Hydrotherm boilers with a 2 stage control, hooked up to a funky managerie of zones. There must have been, god knows how many different companys put ther hands on this sytem, needless to say my clients had somebody who had been " servicing the boilers" for years and he had determined they needed replacement. So in comes 1 new WM CGA6 in its place. and he hooks it right up to the nice heating system that everybody else has worked on in the last 75 or so years.

So, this is where I came in.

I'm there last summer for a reapir and they mention to me the boiler room is always hot and there is heat on the 1st. fl. The owners said they weren't to happy with the way things came out and wanted my opinion. Well rather than rip the way the new boiler was installed, I suggested a little bit of repiping in the mechanical room and some outdoor reset. So after a couple of days of work the homeowners cant believe what a difference the mechanical room looked like. And the man of the house is really looking foward to see what the Tekmar 370 is going to do with his comfort and fuel bill, Me I just love being let loose in a boiler room and staying there all day long.
