Who makes a good roll of Teflon ?

and it doesnt like to stick to the fitting it wraps on . Can anyone recommend a good brand that wont unravel off ? Thanks .

There's a company called Lake City Industrial Products in PA that sells the high density teflon tape we like to use. It's thick enough to prevent stringyness and only sticks on the pipe when you want it to.

We buy it by the gross becuase we get a good discount at that quantity, but if you only want to buy a few rolls, Hercules telon tape is available at our local suppliers and I think it's the same thing.
