Burnham parts

Does any one else have trouble getting service parts from Burnham. I ordered a gas valve from Burnham (thru my distributor) 2 weeks ago and still don't have it. I have this problem with all parts I order from them. I was blaming my supplier until they provided proof that the problem is not on their end.

    What part is it you are looking for and where are you located? Occasionally, gas valves are replaced with more subsequent models as time goes on. Many distributors still have the older model and part number in their computer system with no reference to the newer replacenment model. Unfortunately, we don't have any control over what is programed into their computer and purchase orders are sent in with older or outdated part numbers. Our folks in customer service usually contact the distributor via fax or phone to make them aware of the problem. I would advise that you give our customer service department a call on Monday at the following toll free number and I am sure that they will get you the answer you are looking for.
