The weather reporters were predicting 3-6" of snow this A.M. in our area . We passed the 6" mark about 11:30 this morning and I just measured 11-1/2 inches on my front porch .
Just how bad was it ? Mr. Milne (the slavedriver), called everyone in,in the early afternoon ! That should tell all . Chris.

Not a whole foot?
12" Big deal. We had 36" last year in 24hr period. 7' in a week. The beauty of snow is it goes away. A Buffalo mayor advised years ago in the middle of a snow storm "grab a six pack and stay home" Great advise unless you keep people warm for a living.0 -
Yah!
And uphill both ways..... Dan

I suppose he also expects Christmas day off, with a full days wages for no work , A fine excuse for picking a man's pocket every 25th of December :-)0
