Vitodens Day 2-Pail P

Just finishing this Vitodens 8-32 installation in a room 44" wide. The home is part Bed & Breakfast and living quaters for a well known glass artist. The home features a central atrium with a 4 story hand made glass staircase. The owner's glass factory is adjacent to the remodel and I've been watching him cast the treads, as well as make the most outrageous forms and shapes, during breaks. I'll post some pictures of the glass fab, next week. Back to the Vitodens...aside from the instructions (which still need some revision for clarity) it pipes together rather easily. It's certainly more complex than any other boiler type I've installed. I may feel differently after the 3rd one. We're using the 3 way for the basement slab, and a high temp loop for Buderus wall panel rads. The indirect is a 53g V300 HoriCell.

Isn't it fun?
Seeing the Vitodens at ISH four years ago was cool. Finally having them on this side of the pond is very cool. Between the new Vitotronic stuff and the Vitodens, it's a great time to be a heating guy!
I didn't know I could get insulation for the LLH. Is it in the book?
I am hoping to have my Vitodens system started tomorrow. With the venting being back ordered for a couple of months, everyone involved with this project, especially the owner, is looking forward to not having to wear insulated cover-alls and run ready heaters to work in the house. ;-)

LLH
Yes, the insulation kit can be ordered for the LLH. Sure makes sense and it fits like a glove with 2 SS bands.

Really nice Paul
Do you have plans for a LWCO? I guess it looks like all the system H2O would be above the Vitodens though.
Best Regards

Paul
I agree with Tom. You'll be having visitors. I'd hit that beautifull job with some steel wool for the copper.
Then we'll see who the artist is
Nice work as allways Paul.
