Looking at a new house

Just to vent.....
I'm ankle deep in a plaster and lathe ceiling of my 1920 home I'm removing, finally going to insulate above it, when my wife finds a new(er) house to go look at. Finally got psych'ed up and dove into the major room remodel to improve our comfort and now I might be leaving it all behind. Here's the real tear-jerker: "forced air heat." Thing is, this newer house looks sharp.
All other things being equal, hydronic heat would be reason enough to stay. But all things aren't equal. Need that second bathroom. I never did get that high velocity AC system in and we live on a VERY busy street....across from a gas station.
I love my home but I might have to move. Appointment is tomorrow at 11:00. Sigh.

Heat remodel.
Use the forced air to cool and as back up.
Staple up radiant if the basement is unfinished and if there is an attic try radiant ceiling!
I have done (3) radiant ceilings and they work great. But like anything else, design well, hire a pro and don't cut corners.
