Slab sensor

I am bidding on putting radiant in this soon to be slab. The customer does not want any thermostats if it can be avoided, so I feel a slab sensor will be best.
The slab will be a lightweight concrete pour and I'm going to use Slab-Shield under the gyp. They will be enclosing the underside of the area and insulating between the bar joists. The long side you see in the picture is west and I am facing north-northwest as I take the picture. I plan on using outdoor reset. There will be at least 3 zones, one bare concrete(!), another (most of it) will be ceramic tile and the 3rd wil be carpet.
Thanks in advance.

Why not?
a wall stat? Sure a slab sensor and setpoint will control, to a point. However an air sensor combined with the slab sensor would be the best way to prevent overheating the space. The Wirsbo, or tekmar dual sensor stats work great for this application.
Hard to control the room temperature with just slab sensing, I've found.
