Controller Preference

I'm curious to see what everybody's pref would be for a home heating only system controller. heat is oil-fired Crown Freeport (80000 Btuh), 4 baseboard zones with automag zone valves, and 1 DHW indirect Crown super-stor with automag zone valve. The new controller would incorporate (1) priority zone (DWH) and also utilize outdoor reset.

I've had good results using the Taco ZVC406-EXP series of zone valve controllers.
Has a built in transformer large enough to accomodate all your zones, prioritizes the domestic hot water and the EXP version of the controller will afford you the options of boiler re-set, Variable speed injection, 2-stage boiler re-reset, and some other bells 'n whistles. The kewl part is that bells 'n whistles are either plug 'n play cards, or molex connectors. Keeps wiring simple. There was an error rendering this rich post.
