Back injury has me in office, looking for

Blew out a couple disks in lower back. Have had to back out of field, (no pun intended). Finally have a good excuse to start managing and quit turning the wrenches. Only about 10 years and one back too late. Looking for a good office computer program that we can input all our customers info on: type of heating system, what brands and models of pumps, zone valves, controls etc they have so every work order spits out what the tech should have on the truck before they make a call to this customer to lessen trips to parts store. Also need this to do financial end as well. What programs are you all using and what are their pros and cons? Any help would be appreciated. Looking forward to managing and getting more efficient and profitable and want to start out right. Funny thing, I hurt my back putting my OWN boiler in! Ripped out my forced air in September, got busy, couldn't get my own boiler installed until right before Thanksgiving. Needless to say, Fairbanks, Alaska tends to get a little cool around then. Working till 9 or 10 at night on other peoples stuff, then till 1 or 2 in morning on my own. Got tired, yanked when I should have shoved and thats all she wrote. Maybe it takes getting hurt to get (financially) healthy! HA!
Thanks for your help in advance.

Service Management software
We are using the Maxwell software. Includes Service Dispatch, Accounting, Inventory and more if you want it. Takes time to input all the extra stuff but really helpful after awhile. We have used our database since 1996 and contains a wealth of information on history, equipment, warranties etc. and will do more than we are doing with it still.
This software was designed by a former heating contractor so not the usual garbage that a lot of these systems seem to have. Looked at lots of programs for about 2 years before settling on this one.
Give me a call or stop by next time you are in our neck of the woods. I'll give you a test drive.
