    Vitoden 200 install (pics)

Here are a couple pictures from the last two Vitoden installs that I did. I took a couple pictures to show the the low loss header w/low water cut-off installed. Both systems are presently purring right along.

    Nice use of space

    question:
I notice that you are using one system pump and four aone valves. What are you doing to balance the leader lines to your point of use?

    Pex

The blue pex is for water(blue for cold, red for hot) it is made by Zurn Quest. Saves time on water piping by color coding. John

    Balance

The zones with valves are all baseboard or toespace fan coil type of heaters. There is a 3 way mix for the gagage radiant. This a remodel, addition garage with master bedroom above. The 1542 only works when the is a call for heat by any one of the zone valves. Balance has not been a problem. John

We just did one too. What size is this? Does this unit not have the internal circ?

    Size

The picture’s are of two different models the first is 11-42 and is set up for a future snowmelt. The other is a 15-60 that has 21radiant zones, 1 fan coil, 1500sq.ft. Snowmelt, and 1 indirect w.h. Will send pictures of that system soon.
