I'd look at condensing units. Burnham makes good boilers, but I think there's alot of condensing units out there for similiar price, same level of complexity, (actually some less so), but higher efficiency. I think Burnham has a condensor, but it is for lower water temp systems only....look into itif your systm can operate at these lower temps. I tend to stick with very simple standard 80% boilers, and if a customer wants better efficiency, I add a good tekmar control, which boosts not only boiler efficiency, but system efficiency and comfort. Of course, I live in a rural area, where parts availability is not good so that influences my choice of boilers toward the more common designs.

    Who's power vent gas boiler

    I am currently looking for a power vent gas boiler, 140,000 input for zones and 2 radiant setups, I konw what I would use in othet peoples but ???? my own,, am currently looking a Burnham RV5 revolution,,,,,

    Burnham Revolution,

    I've installed 3 of these so far with most excellent results . The footprint is a bit large , but the units are churchmouse quiet and available to direct vent . The D/V kit makes for a nice look both inside and out .
    I say go for it . By the way , this IS a condensing unit , so plan accordingly. Chris

    it depends...

    on how much you want to spend. Good & Inexpensive Burnham or w-m gv. A bit more cash try a Munchkin. Want to to go all out...Viessman Vitodens...
