Dear Forum Memebers,
As we have 160 tonnes capacity, 22 Bar , 300 deg Celcius Bagasse fired(sugar cane after removal of the juice)in our factory.
As the boiler is working fine in all aspects , except building of the ash in the superheater.
As we are maintaining the boiler Furnace pressure minus 3 kpa, and forced draft pressure 2.5 kpa, and secondary air pressure 5.2 kpa.
As we could not able to operate the boiler more than two weeks prolonged time, as the ash accumulation takes place in the super heater. As we don't have the soot blower which can clean this ash . Is there any way to avoid this ash build up at the super heater coils with out installing of the soot blower.
Yours comments on this issue is highly appreciated.
Thanks & Best Regards,
Ravindra.

Questions.
Could you send a photo of the boiler and piping?
What is your objection to the soot blower?
It seems to me to be a necessity. However, I would like to know more about the application first.
