I just called a guy I had e-mailed two nights ago, thinking, as you just said, that he may not be up on e-mail and it is busy season. I need actual work done. I have to stop my pipes banging (its scaring my wife and kids) and I want to explore putting in there outdoor reset. I want work done but by someone who is an expert and who has some patience to explain what the heck is wrong and what he is doing to fix it. Very importantly, I want someone who is responsive and with strong business ethics. I want the job done right.

it's a bit of a trip from Philly. It would mean going up on 295 or some kind of 95 to Route 31 North right after you get into NJ. About 1 hr or 1.5 total one way.
