Nothing like the smell of creosoot in the morning....

... a good old fashion .. talkin old... air inlet stuck shut damper... plug air intake... sooot drooling. with oil ... plugged boiler.. ahhhhhhhh nothing like it to start the day with, had a boiler this morning plugged soild with soot and dripping creosoot, oil soaked oozing out the bottom of the boiler, brushed it out, removed the chamber carved it out with a soot saw, reset up the burner started that sucker up and watched it burn for 1-1/2 hrs.... ooooooo weee baby!!!!! the boiler went from stone cold to 160 in 5 min. took the burner off the control, opened the zone valves and heated the house up with out useing the burner.... fun day lol lol. and it leaves the celler with that april fresh smell. kinda like that pepermint patty thing. just thought i share this with ya , have a good night : )...
