Foiling a heat timer?

Hi -
We recently installed a EPU-CH heat timer in our building. Here's the problem -- even on the lowest setting, A, the building is too warm at night. Is there anyway to get it to go lower?? Any fudges anyone's come up with?
Thanks!

You should
be able to adjust the reset curve or parallel shift. Call Heat Timer at (973)575-4004.

We installed
3 EPU's a couple of weeks ago. One of them would not trip to Night. The trip wheel was set improperly and the night pin slid right over w/o tripping. We fixed that one. You might want to see if it does, in fact, trip to Night.
If it does, and everything else is OK, the Heat System Sensor adjustment is probably set too high. Our "rule of thumb" is, if the Heat Adjustment is @ A, XYZ is set too high. Or, the indoor sensor is installed in the wrong location.
Hope this helps.
