Glenn Stanton , if youre out there
Why do they ship out the boiler with a big plastic bag glued right onto the back of the chamber box ? Ive never been able to get the whole piece off and the leftover smells real bad when it melts . Any chance of adding whatever is in the bag into the istruction envelope instead ? Thanks for any help . Ron

Parts Bag
Hi Ron,
I will speak with them tomorrow about this and see if there is a possibility of tieing it to the burner or return pipe instead. A ways back, we used to ship the bag inside the canopy of some of our boilers. I had a fellow call me once complaining of the parts bag not being with the boiler. He found it later that year while cleaning the boiler! Thanks for the input.

Its not the parts bag
Its about 10 sq inches , and I think the AFUE sticker and some other paperwork comes in it . The parts bag comes on top of the RSA now . I know what you mean - I cant remember how many times we had to take out a burner to get the boiler trim . Thanks for the help , Glenn . I dont think the customers believe me when I tell them the smell will eventually go away .0 -
Gotcha
Ron,
I understand what you are referring to now. I'll speak with them about tomorrow.
