What is the real cost of pouring a slab. By the time the structure is built up to hold the weight even after cure
and how much area is required to drag all the equipment around in 10 degree weather. what heat sorce cures the
pour for 28 days .Some products can be installed complete by the time all the equipment is moblized for a pour. ?

Interesting
At 4.5 lbs/ square foot, freight charges would be a consideration. Makes me wonder if the product cost, packaging, and shipping would be competive with poured in place applications. Clever idea.

Pros and cons
I can still get gyp squirted for under $2 /sq.ft. installed. Could your product be delivered and installed for that $$ amount?
I manage to stay away from 10 degree concrete pours:) And generally if I have a winter pour the tube and boiler is ready to fire and warm.
I'll bet there are plenty of applications for you product. Did I see this at Troys shop possibly??

I think this was
the same product that was at the RPA show in Chicago a few years back. Great idea (developed in Asia I think?) for putting down radiant as well as other under floor devices quickly. The problem was the shipping (as you figured out). Would be curious to learn more about product and how it has performed in different applications.
