information on the manufacturer, In-Floor.
I was just called in to do some repairs to a radiant system by In-Floor. The circualtors are Z82M31-3. Can I get a manual on the operation of these circulators? The manifolds are all plastic and have a number of leaks. Can I get a manifold repair kit, o-rings etc...? The GC on the job needs a repair done on the polybutylene tubing in the floor.
Looks like standard polybutylene.
I tryed a search engine using In-Floor and got everyone but the manufacturer In-Floor. Are they still in business?
Thanks for the help

I'm not PAH, but.................
I can answer your question, Dale. Check with any Gypcrete (Maxxon) dealer. They handle In-Floor products. Troy Morgan (radiantfloor@adelphia.net), who posts here regularly, should be able to help you.

Dale, we represent Infloor in Nebraska and Iowa, and they are operating quite nicely in Hamel, Minnesota. I have worked with them since 1989 as a wholesaler and now a rep, and they are fine people to work with. Try www.infloor.com for the local sales office in your area.
I do not recognize the circulator number you have posted, but linking it with the plastic manifolds makes me think that this is the old unit we called the Residential Zone Control. This was a Grundfos circulator with a built in mixing valve.
The plastic manifolds are yet available from the factory as part number 28501, with a manifold service package number 25802 containing o'rings, threaded rods, nuts and bolts, part number 28503 is a replacement o'ring kit only. If you have problems contacting Infloor or finding the components let me know.

Thanks for the info
Greg, hb and Jim
It is a Grundfos circ. and a mixing valve. I didn't want to adjust any of the knobs without first knowing what they did. I turned a throttling knob on one of the plastic manifolds and it immediately started leaking. I thought I had opened Pandora's box. After jiggleing it for a few minutes it stopped. Until I can get one of the o-ring kits I'm not going to touch anything else.
Thanks for the phone numbers and leads.
