pannel system

invited to do some near boiler piping to finish up a seven circuit pannel system that has the tube installed on top of the slab, beded in sand, and coverd with 5/8" OSB. the perimiter of the slab has beeen insulated, ten feet in from the out side walls, but the center was left un-insulated to force the heat to creep in. the system designer also has recomended a 180 degree water temp. I'm wondering, should I help these people, or go on vacation.
