Kickspace Heater Noise

At my request, my contractor installed a electric kickspace heater in my new bathroom. The problem is, the heater is incredibly noisy to the point of disturbing people's sleep. Part of the noise comes from the noisy fan and part from rattling of the unit. Question: is there a kickspace heater out there that is especially quiet? Also, is there a study published anywhere that compares the noise levels of various models.

Thank you for your response to my question. Unless I'm wrong, it appears that the Turbonic heaters are hydronic, which I assume means they need a hot water connection. I'm looking for an all electric kickspace heater (that is especially quiet). Do you know of one?
