Air Purge
There are no valves to isolate a wing of our building. I want to put ball valves on the supply and return with boiler cocks on the wing side to get rid of the air. Does it matter if I open the supply and keep the return closed or if I open the return and keep the supply closed?0 -

Yes, if you have a check vale .best to keep same flow, and you won't have to worry about it.0 -
Frank, Thanks. I thought I should do it that way. My buddy said it didn't matter. Now I have a reason.0
