And by a guy that understood steam and water priming in a riser, too! When I heard his name on TV this morning, I wondered if it was the same Nason.
It was the same Nason. From one of the Nason family webpages:
The Nason's have made many contributions. The two most important, in my opinion, are:
James H. Nason, of Franklin, MA - 1865 US Patent for coffee percolator,
James Nason and his brother-in-law James Walworth of Boston, who introduced/invented indoor heating and ventilating. (Nason coined the word "radiator")
And since discovering this tidbit, I discover the mistakes.
Two different people. In fact, the second one was Joseph, and not James at all.
Oh, well. You can't always believe what you copy and paste...
