Here's our trip in a nutshell

Saturday, March 22 - We all meet at JFK airport in New York and fly to Frankfurt, Germany at 9:20 PM. We're flying on Singapore Airlines, which is a treat in itself. We arrive on Sunday morning at 10:50 AM where our bus meets us and takes us to a beautiful hotel near the Viessmann factory. You can either hang out and take it easy for the rest of Sunday or you can see some of the Viessmann facility before they take us out to dinner.

Monday - We spend the morning touring Viessman's factory and then they'll take us to lunch. At about 2 PM we'll hop on the bus and travel to the Park Plaza hotel in Offenbach. This is where we'll spend the rest of the week. We stayed in this hotel two years ago and it was wonderful. The bus picks us up each morning and takes us to ISH. On Monday evening we're going to Sachsenshasen to have dinner at Zum Grauen Bock. This is a German beer hall that we always vist. It's in a district that's loaded with bars and good cheer. You have to see it to believe it. Be prepared to drink, eat lots of meat, and sing songs.

Tuesday - We're at ISH all day. That night, we have dinner with Riello, our host for the evening. We're going to this clubhouse on a sports field in the suburbs of Frankfurt. We did this two years ago. LOTS of wine and wonderful Italian food. No need to reach in your pocket at any of these places.

Wednesday - More ISH. During the evening, we head to Schlosshotel as guests of TACO for their coctail party. Schlosshotel is a fabulous castle and you're going to feel like a billionaire when you get there. It's the classiest place I've ever been.

Thursday - ISH! (you need this much time at the show) At night, we go to Bad Homburg for dinner on Carlin Combustion adn lots of time in the casino. Think James Bond - very elegant.

Friday - If you'd like, you can take a side trip to Weesbaden for touring and shopping. We'll have an interpreter with us. Or you can head back to ISH. At night, we go to Steinernes Haus (Bacharach's treat!) for steak on a stone. This involves a hunk of granite that's been in the oven for six hours. It's hotter than the sun. On the stone is a raw filet that's about the size of your head. You cook it yourself as you eat it. Lots of fun and plenty of danger.

Saturday - Our bus leaves at the crack of dawn for the airport and we're back in New York at 10:45 AM

Is it any wonder that this trip is sold out?

There IS one ticket left, though, and you have a 1/100 chance of winning it. Fifty bucks gets you that chance.

    Hey, you never know!

John is having the drawing very soon

They've sold just 12 tickets so far. How do you like those odds?
