Has anyone used the Blue kitec (PE-AL-PE) for in radiant floor heat? The info. at Kitec web site says the tubing is good for 160 psi at 140oF. That is less than the design water temp. Any thoughts?

Thanks

    blue kitec

i don't believe the codes would allow you to use pe-al-pe for any hot water application. Here in ny we can't use pe or pe-al-pe for any applications. we use blue pex-al-pex for cold water.
you can't go wrong with the orange kitec
