old water radiator sucking air!

I've a second floor radiator sucking air...all the rest are fine.I drained the water from the rad, and think it is filling from the return side...would anyone know where I can learn about this problem, and how I might fix it?

Is this a two-pipe or one-pipe system?
How are the vents on the mains?
Any obstructions in the run-outs?
Has the system been thoroughly cleaned?
